1. Do you see more meat in that list; if so you may want to take some of that away.
2. Do you have veggies in your list? How much of it do you eat? You may want to have more of that.
3. Do you have fish? That something that you can have more off as a substitute to meat.

5. You've got to have some fruits in there.
